Hi friend, I'm Jessica DeYoung

My life has been marked by His mercy, and everything I do now is about helping others see His goodness in their own stories.

Before Perspectives Into Practice began, I founded Grace Unworthy, a ministry for women walking through healing and restoration. Through writing, speaking, and community, I've watched God take stories of pain and turn them into testimonies of purpose.

Along the way, I've served as a teacher, event coordinator, and leader within homeschool and ministry communities. Each role, though different, has been a place where I could see how God uses ordinary moments to shape extraordinary faith.

What I Do Now

Now, through Perspectives Into Practice, I get to do what I love most. I listen, learn, and help women put faith into motion by sharing real stories that reveal how God is still working in the middle of everyday life.

I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to walk in the truth of who God says they are.

No titles, no pretense—just faith lived out one conversation at a time.

Adventures on Purpose: Life on the Road

Jessica and her family on their bus adventure

Believe it or not, my family of six lives on a bus! My husband, Jeremy, and I—along with our four kids—felt God calling us to a grand adventure, and now we travel full-time across the U.S. and Canada in our big blue bus named Abby. We call it Adventures on Purpose because we're not just sightseeing; we're living intentionally wherever God sends us.

Life on the road has taught me so much about faith and flexibility. When your backyard changes every week, you learn to trust God in the unexpected and find beauty in every new place.

I've discovered that community isn't about a location, it's about connection. Wherever we park Abby, I love forming bonds with women—whether it's praying with a new friend at a campground, striking up conversation in a coffee shop, or visiting a local church and instantly feeling like family.

If we were sitting together over coffee, I'd probably ask you what God is teaching you right now.

Because that is where the story begins.

Love, Jessica
